Призыв в армию и влияние состояния здоровья: роль расписания болезней и категорий годности
Вопрос о призыве в армию регулярно вызывает бурные дискуссии, особенно в случаях, когда речь идёт о молодых людях с серьёзными заболеваниями. Для одних служба в армии — это значимый жизненный этап, но для других — сложное испытание, опасное для состояния организма. В российских законах, и в зарубежной практике, существуют чёткие критерии, по которым выносится решение о годности.
Понятие «расписание болезней»
Под расписанием болезней понимают нормативный перечень, в котором перечислены заболевания и состояния, которые могут помешать службе. Для каждого заболевания указаны стадия, потенциальные последствия и соответствующая категория годности. Расписание болезней является основой для членов военно-врачебной комиссии.
Медицинское освидетельствование призывников
Призывная медкомиссия проводится в военкомате и включает осмотр у нескольких специалистов: терапевта, хирурга, психиатра, офтальмолога, отоларинголога, стоматолога. Задача комиссии — выявить медицинские проблемы, сверить с перечнем болезней и вынести медицинское заключение. При необходимости призывника отправляют на повторное исследование. Выводы врачей записываются в медицинскую карту и берутся в расчёт при принятии решения.
Как определяют категорию годности
Существует несколько категорий годности, характеризующих возможность прохождения службы:
А — безусловно годен.
Б — годен с небольшими ограничениями.
В — ограниченная годность, освобождение от службы в мирное время.
Г — временно непригоден, предоставляется отсрочка.
Д — полностью не годен.
Психические расстройства и армия
Отдельная категория — это психическое здоровье призывника. Одним из диагнозов, препятствующих службе является смешанное расстройство личности. Такое состояние выражается наличием симптомов разных личностных нарушений, затрудняющих адаптацию. Согласно расписанию болезней, при таком диагнозе призывник обычно получает категорию В или Д, в зависимости от тяжести.
Подтверждение диагноза
Чтобы диагноз был принят во внимание, требуется предъявить документы: заключения врача, заключения психиатра, результаты стационарного обследования. Если диагноз подтверждён, призывник освобождается от службы.
Выводы
Служба в армии требует высокой физической и психологической готовности. Закон учитывает, что не все могут проходить службу без ущерба. Те, у кого есть серьёзные болезни, должны заблаговременно подготовить медицинские бумаги, чтобы не возникло спорных ситуаций.
